We use n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and Workato for low-code workflows, and we ship custom Python or TypeScript when the off-the-shelf tools fall short. We integrate with CRMs, support platforms, finance tools, and any system with an API.
Do you build custom internal tools?
Yes. Admin panels, founder dashboards, workflow apps, and ops runbooks — built on Retool, Internal.io, or custom Next.js depending on the complexity. The goal is to replace your spreadsheet-and-Slack-thread workflows with something focused.
Can you set up customer support from scratch?
We launch or rescue Zendesk, Intercom, and Gorgias deployments with routing, macros, SLAs, knowledge bases, and dashboards. Support is still a core service — we just embed it inside a broader AI and automation practice now.
Do you automate marketing and creative pipelines?
Yes. Lead capture and enrichment, CRM hygiene, content production with AI drafts, creative variant engines for image and video, scheduled distribution across channels, and unified campaign reporting.
